🧠What did we learn from 500+ testers last year?

When we launched Fluffle V1, it was an instant hit. The goal back then? Daily career guidance powered entirely by AI. But here’s what we found:

  • Day-to-day advice from AI alone felt repetitive and generic. It didn’t build trust or offer real proof.
  • Even with customizations, rigid structures didn’t fit everyone’s journey.
  • People don’t want to be taught—they want real, raw insights they can act on.

Because at the end of the day, everyone’s here for one thing: to advance their career.

So we scrapped V1 entirely. What we’ve built now isn’t an educational tool, or a recruiting platform.

It’s the first-of-its-kind progression-based career insights engine—built for doing, not just learning.

🚪Early Access (But Not Like a fake “Beta”)

One thing we learned last year was sending out Beta with out onboarding often led to a bit too much confusion. Therefor this year we’re rolling this out in waves—not gatekeeping, but guiding everyone in to onboard. We beleive co-designing with the community, this product is currently built and designed by some of the worlds best product designers and engineers from Tiktok, Google, Apple, and some of the worlds best game designers. .

  1. Wave 1: All CoCreate alumni and conference attendees—y’all are OGs, you go first.
  2. Wave 2: Invite-based—every early user gets keys to bring in friends who vibe with the mission.
  3. Wave 3: Broader public rollout before school starts in september—once we’ve trained the AI with real usage from the best early design minds in the game.
